Take a simple step-by-step approach. These three simple problems will make it easy for you to understand us.

STEP 1

Identify Your Current Activity Level

  • Go to your profile.
  • Choose your goal in movement meter settings.
  • We recommend that you pick a weekly goal just above where you are currently at.
  • If you’re not moving at least four hours a week, set your goal for minimum.

STEP 2

Plan Your Workouts or Programs

  • Opt for a workout or program tab that you wish to follow.
  • For those with distinct goals or in need of more directions, we recommend a program.

STEP 3

Track Your Workouts

  • At the end of your workout press “I Did It”.
  • For custom activities, press track activities.
